HOW TO REACH SAHYADRI CAMPUS ?
Sahyadri campus is located at Adyar, 7 kms from Mangalore City on Mangalore-Bangalore, NH- 75, making it one of the Engineering colleges that are nearest to the city. It is well connected to the city by local transportation.
This is the only city well connected by air, train, road, and sea transport in the state of Karnataka. The nearest Railway station is at Kankanady- 4km; Central railway station-10km; Airport is 16km; Central Bus Terminal-10km; the State capital, Bangalore – 343km away.
HOW TO REACH BY AIR/ FLIGHT ?
The nearest airport is Bajpe, Mangalore, which is half an hour drive by road and it is at a distance of 16km. There are daily flights from Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Calicut, and Goa. Popular Airlines like Indian Airlines, Air Deccan, and Jet Airways fly to Mangalore.
Mangalore is also internationally connected through flights from Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat, Doha and Abu Dhabi. Mangalore also has daily flights to Dubai. Prepaid taxis are available at the Mangalore airport.
The Mangalore airport is connected with Chennai, Mumbai, and Bangalore airports. Kolkata and Delhi sectors are connected with Mumbai. Similarly, the Bangalore airport is connected with Delhi, Chennai, Calcutta, and Hyderabad sectors.

From the North there are direct buses operating from Mumbai and Goa.
From the South, there are buses operating from Ernakulum to Mangalore.
There are direct buses operating from Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai to Mangalore.
HOW TO REACH BY TRAIN?
The closest railway stations are Mangalore Junction (Kankanady) and Mangalore Central. These railway stations lie on the Konkan route connecting the North and the South along the West coast; Delhi and Mumbai (to the North) and Ernakulum (to the South). Mangalore station is directly connected with Chennai, Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mumbai. Those travelling from Calcutta will have to reach Chennai and then take a connecting train to Mangalore. There is also a train operating from Gujarat and Jammu to Mangalore once a week.
